Request and Proposal
1 . Request
To get started, fill out and submit the Vgen commission request form. I’ll reach out to clarify any details and let you know if there are any extra fees to consider. For off-site submissions, you can shoot me an email or DM with the details of your request
2 . Proposal
After reviewing your submission, I’ll send you a proposal that breaks down the commission fees we discussed. (Note: This step is skipped for Skeb-type commissions)
3 . Payment
Once you agreed on the proposal, I’ll require a full payment upfront before I start working on your request. For partial payments, depending on what we agreed upon, but a portion must be settled before I start working
4 . Sketch and Revisions
I’ll let you know when I’m starting on your order. At this point, I’ll send you a sketch proposal for you to review. You can request revisions during this phase, usually for free! Further revisions exceeding the freebies will come with additional fees. Once we move past the sketch phase, no further revisions are accepted unless explicitly offered in the commission type
5 . Render and Updates
This is the stage that takes the longest! I’ll keep you updated on my progress, typically at the end of each day. For partially paid requests, update previews will be watermarked until the final submission and full payment completion

6 . Submission
I’ll let you know as soon as your artwork is finished! For Vgen submissions, I’ll submit the full-quality artwork(s) via the Vgen submission portal for you to download. If the file(s) is too large, not supported, or in large amount, I’ll send it through Google Drive instead (all submissions can be found via the portal, including links. Quite convenient!). For off-site submissions, you’ll receive the full-quality artwork(s) via a shared Google Drive folder linked to your email
7 . Vgen only: Review and Boost
After you received your artwork(s), we’ll have a chance to review and rate each other’s experience. If you really loved the artwork(s), you can even give it a little boost (think of it like a tip!)
8 . Stamp Card Update
I'll update your stamp card with your earned stamps, or issue you a stamp card if you have not availed yet, or availing a new one

Qualification
You only need to commission me at least once to qualify. If you are one of my previous clients, don't worry, as your commissions are recorded and will retroactively apply when you availed your card!Commissions via Vgen and offsite are counted
How do I get my copy of my stamp card?
Your first commission counts as clearance, allowing you to choose your first stamp card from the available series. Each new commission also counts as clearance, enabling you to select additional cards as you earn stampsOnce your card is ready, I’ll send a Google Drive link to your email or via Vgen DM. If you haven’t availed your card yet, just message me! Your personal folder will contain a downloadable customized stamp card
How to Earn Stamps
| Commission | Get a stamp for each completed commission you request |
| Referral (Referrer) | Refer me to someone, and if I successfully complete their commission, you’ll earn a stamp for each successful referral! Do note: you can only earn this reward once per unique referee |
| Referral (Referee) | If someone refers you to me, you’ll be rewarded a bonus stamp on your first commission! |
| Gift | Want to commission something as a gift for someone? You’ll get a bonus stamp for that too! |
| Card Completion | After filling up your card, you can request for a renewal, and you'll earn a bonus stamp! |
Stamps and Rewards
| Expiration | Stamps and rewards don't expire |
| Transferability | Stamps are non-transferable. However, you can transfer the rewards for other people. You can share the active discount code, as well as notify me if you're sharing your card completion reward (I'll draw their OC instead of yours) |
| Stackability | Rewards can not be stacked. Discount vouchers can only be used individually and can't be combined wiwth other discounts (e.g. holiday discounts). Event discounts will be prioritized unless you want to use your voucher if you prefer |
| How to Receive | You can redeem your discount vouchers after you’ve collected the milestone stamp. For example, if you claimed your 6th stamp through your 6th commission, you can then use that 20% discount on your 7th commission and beyond |
| How to Use | Whenever you reach the milestone stamps, I’ll include the voucher code right on your stamp card upon updating. When you fill out your next commission request, look for the prompt asking for the voucher code and copy to it |
How will you keep records?
I’ll maintain a secure database for each client, tracking details like the number of completed commission requests and your stamp progress. Rest assured, this data is safe and accessible only to us. To keep everything transparent, you can check the edit history of your card on Google Drive whenever you like!
